Join us and friends for a wonderful dinner and cocktails while viewing the beautiful scenery of magnificent rolling hills at the Hill Top Inn. Get reacquainted with other alumni in your area and learn about all the exciting activities taking place at your alma mater!
Cost: $40 per person, includes dinner & drinks (a $65 value!)
Entrée options are:
- Sunflower Chicken (A grilled, marinated breast of chicken with roasted asparagus, gluten-free wild rice blend and topped with tarragon beurre blanc)
- Fresh Salmon (Fresh North Atlantic salmon served with a mango citrus beurre blanc.)
- Eggplant Parmesan (Tempura battered slices of delicate eggplant, layered with ricotta, and served with linguine and our homemade marinara.)
- Filet Mignon (Juicy & tender, grilled to your liking)
All entrees will be served with a garden salad and a side
