Game and interactive design programs coming to Alfred State in fall 2019

Course work in these majors will cover the breadth of interactive design from AAA (triple A) game titles to the interactions of application interfaces. De-Stress Fest helps Alfred State students relax before finals

Named the “De-Stress Fest,” this event took place in the Student Leadership Center and featured a number of festivities, including live music by Residence Director Rob Privitera, a free hot chocolate bar, therapy dogs from Therapy Dogs International, Legos, bracelet-making, free food, free T-shirts, and much more.

Unique agricultural automation major offered

Classes for this unique new associate degree program, titled agricultural automation and robotics, will begin in the fall 2019. Students in this major, the only one of its kind in the US, will receive hands-on experience with automated milking equipment, as well as class work in both agriculture and engineering.
